I went with another company for a year and a half. I shopped online just to see if I could get a better quote than I was currently paying . My old agent in PINEVILLE did not reach out to me, but Jeremiah Wilson, State Farm Agent in a completely other Louisiana Town did. I don’t even live close. Jeremiah Wilson, State Farm agent reached out to me, actually, it was Corey on his employees that sent me the email with the quote already in it. Jeremiah Wilson also reached out to me. I guess not knowing that Corey had. I’m saving like $50 a month on my insurance, that may not be a lot of money to some people but to others it can mean making ends meet. His staff is extraordinary, exceptional people. They really care about the customer, especially AMBER I just love her to pieces. She knows her business, she knows the State Farm app. I am not tech savvy. She saved me 1 1/2 hours of my time. I was taking the defensive drivers course online and when I went to submitted, it went haywire. It was probably me that hit a button. I’m sure it was. If I called her once I called her 10 times in an hour and a half but she saved me her phone etiquette never changed her own voice. She stayed just so sweet as ever. Mr. Wilson is very lucky to have her as an employee and I think AMBER will succeed in life in anything she does, just stay the way you are AMBER. "After several attempts to pay my (multiple insurance policies account) over the phone via automated service (to ensure payment received on time) I was unsuccessful due to malfunction on State Farm’s end. As instructed each time I entered my husband’s DOB it was not recognized. No way I could get through. I was then transferred to foreign (twice) individuals who stated they were in Guatemala. Besides the language barrier there is no way I would give my bank information to someone in a foreign country. My husband and I have been with State Farm since we bought our first home in 1984 and have never had insurance with anyone else. I believe State Farm owes it’s customers better than that.
However we are so thankful for our agent Jeremiah Wilson (Bossier City,La) and his office. They care enough to serve us in every way they can and we are very grateful for them. They are professional and treat their customers with care and respect. And if it weren’t for them we would probably be shopping around for other insurance companies."
