"I had an Amazing experience moving from Washington D.C. to Bossier City, Louisiana with Jeremiah and his team over the past few months. He took care of all my car insurance needs for two vehicles, homeowner insurance , life policies, and he found the best quotes , and recommendations needed while shopping around. "Horrible service. Go to someone else. Edit: is that what you call customer service? You refused to let me pay my bill. You played with my time and money and blew up on me because you couldn’t handle the fact that I didn’t want to deal with you anymore. You deserve to lose your job. You are a joke. You should go to anger management and maybe take a class on customer relations. I hope you learn from your mistakes. Also, I’m still with State Farm. Just not with you 😉"

"Mr Wilson is a terrible agent. This is the wrong line of business to be working in for him. He is not a people person at all. He is rude and very unprofessional. I got some serious narcissistic vibes from him all together. I ask anyone who has an encounter with him to tread lightly because he is liable to explode at anytime. Response to your response: Funny that you don’t remember me because I wasn’t the one making a scene. You were! To your other customer. I walked in and I walked right back out. Anyone that blows up like you did, I want no part of. You should really consider seeking counsel. It would be a mayor benefit for yourself."
